Albert Richards
Albert Charles Richards Born: 18th July 1903 From: Share "Albert Richards" on FacebookBorn in Chatham in 1903, Albert was a right winger who made four attempts at making it into the Football League only to be thwarted on each occasion and returning to his first club Chatham Town.
Twenty appearances at Charlton, two at Luton in December 1924 during an unsuccessful trial, 25 at Gillingham and finally two at Brentford showed admirable determination but ultimately no long term contract.
Albert passed away in Gillingham in 1973.
